In case of overdose, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.
Definitely call your doctor immediately and he can tell you, depending on your type of insulin, how to proceed. You can always take some orange juice to be on the safe side if you are almost sure you doubled your insulin accidentally.
The problem is if you had NPH and Reg together, then the NPH won't start really cleaning out your blood sugar for another 4-8 hours and then you can drop dramatically.
